## Description

Goodwin is hiring a Manager, Client Development – Litigation to lead strategic business development across its litigation and dispute resolution practices. The role develops go-to-market plans, oversees high-value pitches and RFPs, manages institutional client relationships, analyzes business development performance, coordinates cross-practice and cross-geography initiatives, supports lateral partner onboarding, manages litigation marketing budgets and events, and advises partners on business development strategy. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least six years of progressive business development, practice management, or marketing experience in an AmLaw 100 or comparable professional services environment, and experience leading complex RFPs and strategic initiatives.
