## Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a distributed team of compiler engineers developing compilers for next-generation GPU architectures. The role focuses on improving code generation, establishing team objectives and policies, collaborating with software and hardware teams, driving performance tuning and optimization, and mentoring engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of production compiler development experience, and at least 3 years of technical leadership or management experience.
