## Description

Minga is hiring a Manager or Sr. Manager of Customer Implementation to lead and develop its team of Implementation Managers. The role oversees complex SaaS implementations for schools and districts, manages capacity and project priorities, maintains implementation playbooks and technical tooling, coaches team members, and partners with Account Management, Account Executives, and Product. It requires 5+ years of SaaS implementation, technical customer success, or onboarding experience, including at least 2 years in a team management or lead role, along with SSO and rostering integration expertise. The role is full-time and can be performed from the Kelowna headquarters or remotely.
