## Description

Elsevier is hiring a Data Science Leader to build and lead high-performing teams developing AI, machine learning, search, retrieval, NLP, and generative AI solutions for scientific discovery and research intelligence. The role covers strategy, product delivery, experimentation, model evaluation, responsible AI, stakeholder influence, and mentorship, with experience required across technical teams, AI product development, and large-scale data environments. Geographic pay ranges are provided for Maryland, New York, New York City, Rochester, and New Jersey, and the position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
