## Description

The Manager of eLearning Support Services oversees eLearning Support and eLearning Testing Centers, supports students and faculty with Learning Management System and academic software issues, ensures compliance with federal, state, and accreditation requirements, develops policies and instructional technology resources, and coordinates online learning initiatives. The role requires a bachelor's degree in instructional technology, computer science, or a closely related field, three years of leadership or supervisory experience, three years of online instructional delivery and support experience, and three years of IT experience supporting Learning Management Systems such as Blackboard. A master's degree, five years of Blackboard Learn or similar LMS support experience, five years of management or supervisory experience, and online teaching experience are preferred.
