## Description

Magnet Forensics is hiring a Manager, IT Support to lead a globally distributed IT support team and deliver reliable, responsive employee support. The role combines people leadership, technical expertise, hardware and software procurement, asset management, onboarding and offboarding, ticket triage, escalation, customer feedback, and IT support metrics. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a proven track record leading customer-centric IT support processes and teams, broad IT systems expertise, procurement experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position is hybrid, requiring office work two to three days per week, with compensation of CAD 100,000–150,000 per year.
