## Description

Slate is hiring a Manager, Plant IT Services to lead end-user technology support across its Warsaw, Indiana manufacturing facility and adjoining office operations. The role manages and develops an IT support team, owns the site service desk and incident response, supports plant-floor computing and IT/OT operations, administers endpoints and identity, manages hardware and vendors, and drives security, compliance, training, and continuous improvement. The position requires on-site work in the manufacturing environment, including after-hours and weekend on-call support, and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus five to eight years of progressive IT support experience, including at least five years in a team lead, supervisory, or management capacity.
