## Description

Sutter Lakeside Hospital is hiring a Laboratory Operations Manager to lead inpatient and/or outpatient laboratory services. The role manages 24/7 operational planning, staffing, compliance, quality activities, equipment, budgets, process improvement, and coordination with affiliate operations. It requires a bachelor's degree in biology, clinical laboratory science, or a healthcare-related field (or equivalent), CLSL licensure, and eight years of recent relevant experience. The position is regular, exempt, full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday with weekends as needed, and pays $135,283.20–$216,444.80 annually.
