## Description

Mastercard is hiring a Manager, Platforms Commercialization to lead commercialization for Consumer Acquisition & Engagement platforms, including Personalization, Loyalty, and integrated platform-led solutions. Reporting to the VP, Platforms Commercialization, the role develops go-to-market playbooks, ICP guidance, discovery frameworks, ROI narratives, case studies, and objection-handling materials; delivers live and on-demand enablement; and partners with Product, Sales, Regional Commercialization, and Operations to create repeatable, high-quality field-ready assets. The role requires experience in product commercialization, product marketing, sales enablement, or strategy within technology, platforms, or data-driven services, along with strong storytelling, copywriting, stakeholder management, and AI workflow experience.
