## Description

Finance of America is hiring a Mortgage Operations Manager to oversee the in-house processing team and the broader loan origination operations, from submission through funding and closing. The role manages workflow, turnaround times, quality, compliance, staffing, hiring, training, performance management, and coordination with underwriting and other departments. It requires 5–7 years of mortgage banking or lending experience, prior management or supervisory experience, experience with automated loan origination systems, a high school diploma, and strong customer service and communication skills.
