## Description

The Manager, Software Development leads a global software engineering team within Enterprise Engineering, delivering business logic, enhancements, and integrations across enterprise platforms. The role owns engineering standards, Agile and CI/CD delivery, quality gates, SDLC compliance, deployment readiness, operational stability, and performance metrics. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, experience leading software engineering teams and delivering enterprise solutions, and experience in regulated environments such as GxP/CSV or SOX. The position may require up to 10% travel, including occasional international travel.
