## Description

Helcim is hiring a Manager, Software Engineering to lead two squads of approximately 10 software engineers focused on high-throughput Merchant LifeCycle and Risk systems. The role combines people leadership, technical direction, delivery execution, roadmap ownership, quality, performance, and security practices, while collaborating with Product, Design, DevOps, and security teams. It is a hybrid position based in Calgary, with in-office work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and remote work on Tuesday and Thursday.
