## Description

Snap Inc. is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of developers in a fast-paced, quick-to-market environment. The role involves setting engineering strategy and roadmaps, collaborating with Product, Operations, Data Science, and executive stakeholders, evaluating technical tradeoffs, hiring and retaining developers, and using AI tools and high-velocity workflows to design and ship scalable services.
