## Description

Cengage is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead and grow an engineering team focused on automating content creation workflows, developing AI-powered tools, and delivering scalable enterprise solutions. The role partners with product, design, engineering, and customer teams; manages end-to-end delivery and product backlogs; and balances new development with technical debt and maintenance.
