## Description

The Manager of Talent Acquisition leads the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition function, including recruiting strategy, hiring-manager support, candidate experience, team leadership, recruiting technology, workforce reporting, process optimization, vendor and agency management, and stakeholder partnerships. The role reports to the Senior Director, HR / Talent Management and requires at least five years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, prior recruiting-team leadership, and strong analytical and facilitation skills.
