## Description

Dexcom is hiring a Technical Support Manager to lead a 24/7 technical support team that troubleshoots issues for patients, parents, and caretakers using Continuous Glucose Monitoring products. The role manages staff performance, coaching, training, escalations, call forecasting, quality and regulatory compliance, metrics, and process improvements, while requiring at least one weekend day and occasional travel. The position is hybrid and requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of managerial experience in a high-call-volume call center, preferably in diabetes, technology, or healthcare.
