## Description

OpenLoop is hiring a Manager, Training & Enablement to own the end-to-end training framework, curriculum, delivery model, train-the-trainer standards, quality reinforcement, and measurable outcomes for Patient Services agents and international BPO partners. The role also manages the training team, coordinates with workforce management and clinical operations, supports client-launch ramping and surge onboarding, and reports on metrics such as first-contact resolution, CSAT, average handle time, and ramp velocity. Required qualifications include at least four years of training, enablement, or learning-and-development experience, two years of people-management experience, adult-learning and instructional-design expertise, and experience with international learners, front-line populations, train-the-trainer models, launch readiness, quality-assurance feedback loops, and complex matrixed environments.
