## Description

The Medical Practice Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support and coordinates patient care activities for Nuvance Health Med Practice PC. Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying demographics and insurance, answering phones, scheduling appointments and referrals, managing worklists, collecting co-pays, retrieving medical records, processing documentation, and meeting compliance requirements. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, at least six months of experience, Microsoft Office Suite experience, data entry, and strong communication skills; travel between practices may be required.
