## Description

Devoted Health is hiring a Member Service Guide - Flex to serve members across healthcare channels such as voice, digital, SMS, chat, and video. The role may be assigned to inbound service, outbound clinical outreach, care access, digital support, pharmacy guidance, or member outreach, with flexibility to shift between workflows as business needs change. Responsibilities include helping members navigate benefits, providers, appointments, and complex healthcare information; conducting clinical outreach; using internal systems and an AI Guide Assistant; and maintaining HIPAA compliance and performance standards. The position requires at least one year of experience in a high-volume customer-facing or fast-paced healthcare environment, strong communication and emotional intelligence, and the ability to work flexible seasonal schedules. The stated pay is $20–$25 per hour, with employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits for full-time employees.
