## Description

Solstice is hiring its first data engineer to build and operate the cloud data foundation for its media activation and measurement products. The role owns ingestion and transformation pipelines, identity and attribution mappings, data quality, observability, batch and event-driven systems, partner integrations, and reliable datasets supporting campaign measurement, experimentation, and AI. It requires strong Python and SQL, production data-systems experience, ETL/ELT and cloud data-platform expertise, and the ability to reconcile messy third-party data; GCP, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, and healthcare data experience are preferred. The position is based in New York City and offers health, dental, and vision insurance, equity, unlimited PTO, a 401(k) match, visa sponsorship, and a $200,000–$300,000 salary range.
