## Description

TEKsystems is hiring a Member Service Representative for a contract-to-hire, hybrid position with a Fortune 100 financial institution in the Pensacola area. The role responds to member inquiries in a 24/7 high-volume call center, provides product and service information, performs account transactions, and advises members on additional products. It requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of recent customer service experience, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to work 9.5 hours per day. Training is fully onsite for 6–8 weeks, followed by shifts that may include hybrid work; the position pays $19.75 per hour and is anticipated to close on October 5, 2026.
