## Description

Torch Technologies is hiring a Mid-Level Software Engineer to develop and analyze Software-in-the-Loop and Processor-in-the-Loop simulations for flight software verification under the Missile Defense Agency Targets and Countermeasures program. The role involves analyzing requirements, verifying software performance compliance, collaborating with hardware engineers, and contributing to software integration in mission simulations. It is based at the Redstone Arsenal lab, requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, five years of software design engineering experience, proficiency in C/C++, Python, MATLAB, and Linux, and experience with containerized development, Linux administration, and Kubernetes/OpenShift. The position requires eligibility for a final security clearance, offers no telework, and includes medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
