## Description

Wispr is hiring an ML Scientist to build and scale its voice interface. The role focuses on ML personalization, training speech models, and improving LLMs through fine-tuning and reinforcement learning. Responsibilities also include prototyping voice-interface features, designing infrastructure for sub-500-millisecond LLM inference, and scaling personalization across millions of global requests.
