## Description

Kerv Connect Cloud is hiring a Network & Security Support Engineer for its Network Support & Engineering team. The role provides advanced network and security incident support, leads change requests and project tasks, escalates to and mentors junior engineers, troubleshoots complex customer environments, manages ISP circuits, maintains documentation, and participates in out-of-hours on-call and flexible shift coverage.
