## Description

Tāmaki Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to support triage and patient care in either urgent care or general practice clinics across Auckland, including Ascot, Henderson, St Luke's, Otahuhu, Glenfield, and South and West Auckland. The role involves assessing and treating patients with complex needs, prescribing and reviewing medications, providing medication guidance, promoting healthy lifestyles, and coordinating follow-up care. Candidates need current Nurse Practitioner registration or successful Nursing Council evaluation, advanced acute nursing experience, strong organizational skills, awareness of ACC and primary health care, and preferably familiarity with MedTech systems, indemnity insurance, Māori tikanga and kawa, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
