## Description

The Office Associate operates the distributorship front desk and provides administrative, accounting, customer-service, and retail support. Responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable, collections, invoicing, purchase orders, delivery tickets, month-end and year-end close, deposit verification, handheld-device data processing, dealer-database maintenance, inventory-count support, and front-counter retail assistance. The role requires a high school education, at least one year of administrative support experience in a warehouse or retail environment, at least one year of bookkeeping or accounting experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, phone experience, customer-facing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately in a team environment.
