## Description

The Office Associate will handle cashiering in the customer service lounge and provide administrative support to the dealership’s business office. Responsibilities include processing customer payments, balancing cash, handling bank deposits, processing refunds and vendor payments, posting warranty claims, maintaining records and supply inventory, assisting with customer phone inquiries, and supporting the Business Office Manager. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, cashiering experience, accounts payable experience preferred, typing and ten-key skills, Microsoft Office experience, and strong communication and organizational abilities.
