## Description

Staff Zone is hiring a full-time Office Manager to support the operations of a branch serving construction, light industrial, and special-events staffing. The role assists the Branch Manager with dispatching, manages credit and collections, produces invoices, recruits applicants, processes credit applications, promotes workplace safety, and assists with payroll. The position requires a high school diploma, strong computer and Microsoft Office skills, professional phone etiquette, multitasking ability, problem-monitoring, and autonomous work. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with rotating Saturdays and some holidays as required. Compensation is $43,000 plus up to 35% bonus potential, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other benefits.
