## Description

Sofico is hiring a part-time Office Manager for 20 hours per week to serve as the welcoming face of its international office and manage day-to-day operations. The role coordinates visitor access, meeting rooms, couriers, office supplies, facility contracts, maintenance, business travel, expense reporting, budget tracking, suppliers, internal events, and new-employee onboarding. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2–3 years of office-management or workplace-operations experience, fluency in Dutch and English, strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
