## Description

DXC Technology is hiring an Onsite Support Engineer to provide on-site Level 1 desktop and peripheral support, remote troubleshooting, IT asset lifecycle management, Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook administration, audio/video conferencing setup, Windows and macOS installations and patching, and ITIL documentation. The role requires 1–2 years of hands-on experience in desktop support or a similar technical role, proficiency with Windows and macOS, Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook experience, ITIL familiarity, and English and Korean communication skills. The position is scheduled for office hours Monday through Friday at a client site in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
