## Description

Ascent Aerospace is hiring an Operational Controller – Service to serve as a finance and operations partner for its Service organization. The role manages WIP reporting, job costing, cost-to-complete estimates, revenue and gross-margin forecasting, service quoting, contract profitability, billing, working capital, and service performance dashboards. It requires a finance or accounting background, 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. The position may require local travel, weekend work, and access to a manufacturing plant, and offers medical, dental, vision, disability, life, AD&D, PTO, and 401(k) match benefits.
