## Description

The Reserve Banking Pilot will join Inter’s SPB team and monitor transactions in the bank reserve account, ensure liquidity, identify and implement operational improvements, and represent the area with stakeholders and customer service teams. The role requires a degree in accounting, business administration, controllership, economics, engineering, or a related field, knowledge of the financial market, an organized and disciplined profile, and availability for shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Prior financial-institution experience and advanced Excel are preferred.
