## Description

Guidehouse is hiring an Operations Lead in the Operational Effectiveness job family to provide strategic and administrative support to senior leaders, including institutional intelligence, stakeholder awareness, process requirements, quality assurance, office management, and internal and external strategic communications. The role requires an active and maintained Top Secret/SCI federal or DoD clearance with polygraph and at least 10 years of combined administrative and front-office support experience in scheduling, correspondence, and document management; a bachelor's degree can substitute for five years of experience. The position supports full-time on-site work during core hours and may involve sites across Northern Virginia, with up to 10% travel. Salary is $98,000-$163,000 annually and benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and other benefits.
