## Description

Highlight is hiring a high-agency Operations Manager to support recruiting and build the operating systems of a fast-growing AI company. The role covers candidate screening, interview coordination, applicant tracking, employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, culture and engagement, invoicing, vendor payments, expense tracking, office facilities, billing, and internal SOPs. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in people operations, HR, recruiting, or a related generalist operations role, along with strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and financial-system skills.
