## Description

Phoebus Software Ltd is hiring an Operations Support Engineer to own the delivery and support of its SaaS service to financial services clients. The role coordinates stakeholders, manages incidents and escalations, monitors service KPIs, implements operational policies, supports client reporting, and ensures service availability and contractual obligations are met. It requires technology operational delivery experience, risk control management, incident management, software development lifecycle knowledge, and strong communication skills; financial services experience is beneficial. The role is hybrid, with one required visit to the Solihull office per week, and requires full UK right to work.
