## Description

Randstad is recruiting trainee operators for a two-year work-study program that pays from day one and covers the full training cost. Participants work full-time in shifts across partner companies in sectors such as plastics, waste processing, food, dairy, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, learning to set up and monitor machines, perform quality checks, resolve minor malfunctions, and change equipment for different products. The program includes approximately one day of school per week and leads to a recognized MBO diploma, with a possible permanent contract after training.
