## Description

The AI-enabled Legal Paralegal reports to the General Counsel and provides core support across contracts, legal research, company secretarial matters, client onboarding, and audit documentation. The role focuses on embedding AI and legal technology into legal workflows, including drafting and reviewing standard documents, maintaining an AI-tagged contract library, conducting AI-assisted research, troubleshooting legal technology platforms, building automations and prompt templates, and maintaining statutory and governance records. Candidates need strong AI and legal technology experience, a proven record of driving adoption, a paralegal qualification or law degree/LPC or equivalent experience, and 3–5 years of paralegal experience.
