## Description

Responsible for coordinating the hospital's biweekly payroll process and maintaining/reconciling general ledger accounts. The role ensures accurate timekeeping, timely payroll processing, compliance with hospital policies and state/federal filing requirements, and support for payroll-related documentation, reporting, and system/process improvements. It also includes training new team members, assisting with employee time transactions and timecard edits, and collaborating with Finance and HR on payroll close and related administrative tasks.
