## Description

ICBL is hiring a permanent Payroll & Human Resources Assistant for its Human Resources Business Unit. The role combines payroll administration, including employee record maintenance, statutory returns, payroll reconciliations, reporting, and employee queries, with HR administration, including employee files, recruitment support, onboarding and offboarding, and engagement initiatives. The position requires an Associate Degree in Management, Accounts, or an equivalent qualification, at least three years of payroll or accounts experience, knowledge of Barbados tax and NISSS systems, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong numerical, organizational, communication, and judgment skills. Compensation is based on qualifications and experience, and applications were due by October 12, 2026.
