## Description

Advens is hiring a Payroll Manager for a fixed-term replacement contract for maternity leave, starting in December. The role manages payroll processes across the Advens Group in France, Spain, and Germany, including variable-payroll items, pay-slip reviews, corrections, reconciliations, social declarations, bank transfers, and administrative follow-up. It also supports HR administration, onboarding, employment contracts, and contractual deadlines. Candidates should have initial payroll or HR-administration experience, understand pay slips and social declarations, and be thorough, discreet, and organized; knowledge of Nibelis is a plus.
