## Description

Abnormal AI is hiring a People Programs Manager to own the end-to-end mid-year and annual performance and pay cycles, run post-mortems, manage the People team’s program calendar and roadmap, coordinate cross-functional HR initiatives, improve People data in Cowork, lead AI adoption change management, support rewards and recognition programming, and assist with IPO readiness. The role requires 5–7 years of People Operations or HR program management experience, strong performance and compensation-cycle knowledge, post-mortem experience, and proficiency with HRIS, project management, and Google Workspace tools.
