## Description

T-Mobile is hiring a Performance Creative Manager to lead creative strategy and briefing for performance marketing assets for Mint Mobile across static, audio, and video channels. The role develops creative testing roadmaps, writes briefs, directs UGC and agency creative, reviews assets with legal and internal stakeholders, manages delivery to media teams, and tracks usage rights. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office and requires a bachelor's degree plus three years of related experience or an advanced degree plus one year of related experience, along with four or more years of creative strategy and briefing experience across performance marketing channels. The national base pay range is $78,500 to $141,600, with total target cash earnings of $90,275 to $162,840.
