## Description

De Zilverspar is hiring a Personal Support Worker for its Aggression Unit in Boschoord to support clients with complex behavioral problems, including aggression. The role involves developing care plans, providing individual support, monitoring behavior, contributing to multidisciplinary meetings, and coaching colleagues. It is a fixed-term contract of 32 hours per week, with a stated salary of €3,052–€4,262 based on 36 hours and a prospect of a permanent contract after one year.
