Life Time is hiring a Personal Trainer to develop and deliver safe, effective fitness programs, conduct client consultations and assessments, instruct members on equipment use, promote training services, maintain records, and stay current with fitness certifications and trends. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of personal training experience, personal trainer certification, CPR and AED certification, and knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition, and program design. Compensation is commission-based, with minimum pay exceeding 1.5 times the applicable minimum wage per hour, and benefits include a subsidized membership, discounts, retirement matching, training, paid leave, and for full-time members, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
