## Description

Parallel Wireless is hiring a Wireless Algorithm Expert to research and design advanced cellular communication algorithms for 5G and beyond products. The role focuses on ML-based physical-layer processing, including neural-network model design and training for channel estimation, signal detection, beamforming, and decoding, with emphasis on real-time inference on embedded platforms. Responsibilities include algorithm development from research and simulation through customer release, benchmarking against traditional DSP approaches, and supporting implementation and integration.
