## Description

3Shape and DTU Compute are hiring an Industrial Postdoctoral Researcher for a two-year fixed-term appointment starting in January 2027. The role combines research in numerical linear algebra, optimization, uncertainty quantification, and computational imaging with software development and integration into medical 3D reconstruction systems. The candidate will develop uncertainty-aware algorithms, analyze iterative solvers, design mathematical frameworks, validate methods through simulations, and collaborate with researchers and engineers at 3Shape and DTU. A PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline awarded after March 2021 or obtained by November 2026, along with expertise in numerical linear algebra, optimization, and programming, is required.
