## Description

Replit is hiring a Premium Support Engineer to provide expert technical support for large enterprise customers, diagnose and resolve complex platform issues, lead incident communications, track high-impact issues with Product and Engineering, improve processes and documentation, and mentor other support engineers. The role requires at least four years of technical support, developer support, or systems engineering experience, strong debugging skills in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages, and familiarity with APIs, databases, Git-based CI/CD workflows, and support tools.
