## Description

CesiumAstro is hiring a Principal Component Engineer I to lead high-reliability electronic component selection, qualification, screening, failure analysis, standardization, vendor evaluation, and performance verification for satellite, spacecraft, and aerospace systems. The role also includes customer technical representation, parts planning, engineering change orders, supplier relationships, obsolescence mitigation, and cost analysis. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline and at least eight years of relevant component-engineering experience.
