## Description

Northrop Grumman is hiring a Principal Microelectronics Engineer to support Surface Mount Technology Manual Assembly for Space Programs at its Space and Autoline Technology (SALT) facility in Elkridge, Maryland. The role focuses on manual Circuit Card Assembly and Electronic Component Assembly processes, including manufacturing improvements, defect investigation, process documentation, training, process monitoring, equipment validation, and design producibility support.
