## Description

ABC Fitness is hiring a Principal Software Developer focused on CRM capabilities across the ABC Glofox platform. The role sets architecture, technical strategy, engineering standards, reliability, observability, and platform-migration direction for shared CRM systems used by multiple engineering teams, while mentoring engineers, leading cross-team incident resolution, and guiding AI use in CRM workflows. The position requires at least eight years of software engineering experience, distributed-systems design expertise, and hands-on experience with large data or platform migrations; Golang, Java, relational databases, MongoDB, CRM or marketing technology, query federation, and production incident work are preferred. Compensation is PLN 378,000–385,000 annually, with medical, dental, and vision coverage, and the role is remote.
